Subscription Cancellation: 

1.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our billing application, ‘Bilvice’ or by contacting our customer support. 

1.2. Once you cancel your subscription, you will have access to our services until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred. 1.3. Please note that there are no partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

Refund Eligibility:

2.1. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are dissatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. 

2.2. After the initial 30 days, we do not provide refunds for subscription fees, except in cases of exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues, billing errors, or other circumstances determined at our discretion.

4.1. Once we approve your refund request, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the subscription. 

4.2. Refunds may take 30 days to reflect in your account.

Subscription Renewal:

5.1. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. 

5.2. To avoid renewal charges, ensure that you cancel your subscription at least 30 days before the renewal date.

6.1. We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at our discretion. Any changes will be effective from the date they are posted on our website.
