PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SOFTWARE APPLICATION ‘ BILVICE’. THIS EULA CONTAINS IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.
License Grant
Synonix Business Solutions Private Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bilvice for your own business or personal use. The Application is licensed, not sold, to you.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
2.1. Reverse Engineer: You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except to the extent that such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
2.2. Copy and Redistribution: You shall not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the ‘Bilvice’ or any part of it to any third party.
2.3. Unauthorized Access: You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, or any systems or networks connected to the ‘Bilvice’.
2.4. Modification: You shall not modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the ‘ Bilvice ‘.
Intellectual Property
The Bilvice , including all content and intellectual property rights, remains the property of Synonix Business Solutions Private Limited]. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to the Bilvice.
Privacy
Your use of the Bilvice may be subject to our Privacy Policy, By using the Bilvice, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Support and Updates
We may provide updates, bug fixes, and support for the Bilvice Application at our discretion. You are encouraged to keep the Bilvice Application up to date for optimal performance and security.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Bilvice Application and destroy all copies in your possession.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,SYNONIX BUSINESS SOLUTONS PRIVATE LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL [YOUR COMPANY NAME] BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF [YOUR COMPANY NAME] HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thiruvananthapuram Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram Jurisdiction
